1.5 Hour Stand Up Paddle Experiences SUP in Bay of Eze

We'll start off by giving you all the necessary equipment and a course the safety instructions on how to use the stand-up paddleboard.
Once that’s done, you’ll be ready to experience the SUP and explore the Bay of Eze. SUP provides a great workout. It makes use of your entire body, the core, back and legs. Throw in loads of fun, laughter and lots of sunshine and there’s a perfect recipe for a great day out, literally in the Med.
